From the hill where our house is we looked across at the sleepy town of Albany as we loaded our falcon station wagon with our baggage’s for the trip to Perth

6.00 am One last look at our hometown then it is off down the road to Perth airport

7.59 am This late morning fog at Arthur River was a unusal sight but a sign ahead as when we left Perth that was the last time for us to see the horizon because of cloud or smog.

8.24 am The road ahead was soon clear and were soon flying out of Perth to Singapore where one of the first shopping sights was this shop of gold and silver figures

21.24 In singapore airport they have this lovely garden rest spot and as you can see we are still smiling as we have travelled 5 hours but the next 14 hours of flying to Paris is to come

21.28 We travelled along these travelators forever to get to our outbound gate to Paris and by the way we didn't buy a full pizza at $51.80. Just so you know don't buy at airports or change money there, as it is expensive.

Philip: Good trip to Perth, nice trip to singapore and long way to Paris but good food on the plane. Interesting seeing north asia under lights eg. cities and border lighting.

Donna: We started a bit late but we got to Perth at 11.00 and arrived but we had to buy a new case because the red one started to come apart at the stitching. We had a stressful time putting our bags in as we forgot to put our names on the bags but the girl said they would get to Paris. We also changed our money and off we went. I find flights all right and exciting but Lucy and Rebecca got a bit tired. Singapore was quite large and relaxing, Lucy needed food as we to found out every 2 hours of the day and we were delayed by two hours to take off because of engine troubles.

Rebecca: On the first day we drove up to Perth with the mist covering our view of the paddocks but a nice fairy tale view. Then arrived in Perth at the airport where we met Lucy and Lee, so we got ready to go on the plane. The first 5 hour flight okay but still our legs started to get sore and then arrived at Singapore airport where some really nice gardens are.
